One Thursday The Gold Mine Girls Held a Cocktail event to campaign For Yvonne Graham. I must say this was a good event. First let me tell you who Yvonne Graham is.
She is Running for Brooklyn Borough President in 2009. She is The executive director of the Caribbean Women's Health Association for 15 years, the deputy borough President of Brooklyn for the past 8 years, a key instrument in establishing Brooklyn's very first Center on Health Disparities in 2005 and a co- author to the text book is only a part of who Yvonne Graham is. 
Before and after she spoke everyone in atendence had gotten a chance to network with each other
There was also a special performance by Theophilus London
He had a great performance. Great energy and stage presence.
Last but not Least there was a very special Performance our own Feel-X performed.
He amazed the crowd with "Money Doesnt Exist" and "I'm Sorry Hip Hop". He captured people's attention with concepts flow and his lyrical capability.
