Children's Inspiration

Ok, ok. I know you guys are probably like "No way! . . . Don't tell me." Well to answer your question, yes I am hear to talk about Horton Hears a who. This is actually a very inspirational children's story. Dr. Suess was definitely a genius!

Anyway, so last week I took my little sister to the movies and I saw, "Horton hears a Who". Now, who would have known that this movie would be so inspirational. Well, it's a story about this elephant named Horton, who hears a sound and cannot figure out where it was coming from. Turns out it was from this little spec, and Horton believes that there must be someone small who is on this spec and is in danger. He later finds out that upon this spec is a whole town of little people called the "Who's". And the spec is actually thier town called Whoville. Now, the lady Kangeroo who keeps order in the jungle that Horton lives in hears about this and thinks it is blasphemy! She tells Horton not to speak of this idea to anyone. So Horton moves along and eventually the children pick up and start developing a sense of imagination. This in turn leaves the kangeroo outraged! She is now on a mission to shut down Horton and here goes the problem of the story. It's all about Horton believing in something that no one else believed was true, and him also giving inspiration to the youth.

Though this was a children's book turned into movie, it had substance. Just like what we are trying to do here at Lethal Inspiration. If you get a chance, I think you should watch the movie. And when you get a chance, listen to my new song "Money Doesn't Exist" on my myspace page. I make a small reference to this story in the third verse.
